I have a Lutron Motion Sensor (MS-OPS5M-WH) controlling a bathroom fan and light.  Despite having user adjustable settings for sensitivity, it triggers whenever I walk by the bathroom.  This wastes electricity and annoys me with the relay click, reminding me of the unideal setup each time.

The purpose of this model is to block the sensor's field of view.  My first attempt only had two vertical features.  It improved the performance, but my shower door is at 45 degrees and would allow reflections into the sensor, triggering the light.  The second model adds an aperture to further reduce the incoming IR. Works great!

I printed in PC, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 2 walls, 15% gyroid infill, with supports and brim.

It would be shocking if someone else had my same problem and searched printables.com for a solution.  If that's you, please post your make!
