Have you dreamt of seeing the ultimate space battle whenever you look up? Wait no more and print these Lego compatible mounting plates. I made multiple different plates sizes and configurations to hold most of your sets. It takes a bit of tinkering to get the exact slicer settings to get the clutch power you need to hold even an ACR-170. You can mess a bit with XY compensation. shrinkage compensation and material. I've only had successes with ABS, PETG and PBT. I don't recommend PLA, it's to soft and temperature dependent.
I've had the ultimate space battle on my ceiling for over a year and it never has tried to fly away. Only when I smacked into them by accident I could say: they fly now. Even then the bricks directly in contact with the screw plates stayed behind on the ceiling. So when you have dilled in the setting perfectly it will hang securely.
