Removed the support material from inside by grabbing it and pulling it out. It came away easily, so easily I'm not actually sure it was necessary.
Sanded with 400 grit to smooth out some rough edges. I may sand it a bit more with 800+ grit and polish with some plastic polish, haven't decided yet.
How I Designed This
Built the model as a simple revolve in Onshape and added an extrude-remove to make the hole. Added some simple fillets for smoothing.
