The Elgato Multi Mount come with there sizes of cable clips to match the diameter of the different sections.
They work really well but unfortunately, it ships with one 1 or each size 🙁.
These are pretty much exactly the same geometry as the originals. I suggest printing in PETG. I think PLA will snap when you try to install them, especially the small ones.
