I saw a number of videos on the WobbleX and was very interested in trying it out on my two Rat Rigs. I published this to assist anyone else doing the mod. The PDF file has references to you-tube videos and the link to the github page with the files to download.
Please check the github page for any updates - I included the current files I used.
This is a great mod in theory, but is very difficult (at least for me) to implement. I had great difficulty in getting the ball bearings to stay in place as I put the Z axis assemblies back in place. In the end I had one printer that has no Z artifacts and another that does.
I would strongly suggest that you order additional ball bearings as they like to disappear
I would like to hear others results if you do the mod.
