The is a custom designed power distribution block for a car audio system. I was needing a 6 terminal ground block and couldn't find anything I liked so I designed this instead.
Included are the block and base plate.
You will need to cut a piece of 1/8in or ¼in thick aluminum, that is 1.5 in x 3.5 in.
Place the aluminum in the block and proceed to drill and tap the six holes of the block, into the aluminum. Holes should be tapped for a 1/4in bolt.
Install 6 - ¼ x 1.25in counter sunk bolts through the block, screwing them into the aluminum plate. A drop of blue loc-tite is recommended for each bolts, also recommend the use of stainless steel hardware.
Secure the bolts to the aluminum plate by adding a lock washer and a nut.
Place two flat washers on top of the nut and install a second nut.
Power terminals can be added between the flat washers and secured with the upper nut.
