Original part broke so I decided to design a replacement one. After 4 trials, this version fits my vacuum cleaner fine and gives a performance similar to the original.
Sliced it with prusa slicer with following settings:
print it topside down.
Nozzle: 0.4
Matrerial: PETG
Perimeter: 6
Solid layer: top 6 - bottom 6
Infill: 50%
Support: Organic: z distance 0.25; pattern spacing 3mm; xy separation 75%
