The brightness of the helm lights is very distracting when running at night. This cover flips over the lights to keep the helm station dark, but the geometry allows it to swing back to stay out of the way yet still remain handy when not in use. I debossed my boat name down to 0.5mm, which allows it to glow faintly through for a neat effect.
