Print only the letters you need for specific word or name. Print the block for the first letter of your desired word or name from the ‘Start blocks' folder, the block for the last letter from the ‘Ending blocks' folder, and all the in-between letter blocks from the ‘Middle blocks' folder. The interlocking bits are all the same, so you can make any word or name of any length.
Great for children (like my son) who will never find their names on those miniature license plates or on key chains in souvenir shops.
The interlocking bits have a clearance of 0.1 mm. All the puzzle pieces have chamfers on the bottom to help to negate any fitment issues caused by an improper z-offset (elephants foot), and also help little hands assembling the finished pieces.
I've included a step file of the blank pieces in case you need a different character, or punctuation, or accents, etc.
