This adjustable phone holder can hold your phone at any angle that you find comfortable.
Printing:
Print with the orientation that appears on the slicer. All parts at 15% infill except for the crank. The body and the gear do not need supports. Organic supports on the build plate only for the base.
For the crank, use 100% infill. Print with the knob face down. Use a support blocker to protect the threads. Use organic supports on the build plate only. (see picture)
Assembly:
Check the fit of the phone holder in the base. Depending on our printer setup you may need to sand a little for smooth function. Put the phone holder body on the main base then push the gear into the base. The gear is a tight fit and will take a little bit of force to get into place. If you put the gear in before the body you may not be able to get the gear out without breaking the base. If the crank handle screw tends to work its way loose secure it with a dab of glue. Use a medium to slow set epoxy to allow you to fully install the crank before it sets.
