The folded cardboard insert holding the cards in my copy of No Context seemed rather flimsy and like it would eventually collapse and let the cards roam freely in the box, so I designed a replacement. It's in essentially the same exact configuration as the original insert.
I'd suggest printing with a large layer height, large nozzle diameter and very low infill density.
