Added Hex Drainage holes to the bottom of the holder.
The holder fits into the groove in the mounting strip, it might need a slight sanding down before it slides in, add a dab of superglue to keep it from slipping out.
The Wall mounting strips can be glued or attached with double sided tapes to the tiles.
The comb holders are for the Philips Multigroom 3000 Series attachments
