UPDATE: Modified body and cap angle to engage sooner.

Remix of very handy line cutter by luboshocc. Rather than a split body, converted to a unibody with a blade cover. My first "remix" was just combining the two halves in the slicer into a solid body and installing the blade at the halfway point in the print. Solid and works well but it is wasteful as you cannot replace the blade. If it rusts, it's in the garbage. Filleted some of the sharp edges but essentially left the overall shape and design intact.

Filament: filaments.ca PETG 2.0 black

Notes:

The PETG 2.0 is not a great filament so I use it for prototyping. Actual working models will be filaments.ca PETG or ABS. Supports on main body for fillets.

Blade is a Stanley cutter trapezoidal style.

Held together with 2 X (M3 X 8) and two nuts. Next iteration will attempt 2X M2 X 8 self tapping screws.

The onshape photo includes a dive club logo that is not in the stl's.

How I Designed This

Onshape FTW

Imported the stl as a shell into onshape for general layout. Connected a bunch of dots and extruded as required.
