You can choose from 2 types of motors.
-Stepper motor - You can see video on youtube. Motor is not strong enought. It jumps steps under the load. NOT RECOMENDED. Someone had to find wrong way. :)
- DC motor with planetary box - Tested motor from dcmotory.eu. (12V version) Cheap versions from Ali are not strong enough.
It is driven by ESP32. Skilled programmer can connect it to wifi, create webserver, change the colors of the led ring, change the running time…..
Step and 3mf files included. 3mf files are created supports, support blocks and with pause for inserting nuts .
Assembly instructions are saved in NextGrinder_64.pdf.
Wire diagram is saved in NextGrinder_64_wire_diagram.pdf
Ino files for arduino ide programming included.
I am not electrical engineer. If you will find any mistake in wire diagram (specially diode, capacitor) let me know and I will repair it.
It is possible to use different DC motor. Just modify part which holds motor and hole diameter and lenght hole of driven gear wheel
