My RoboVac tends to get stuck under objects which are just the right height for it to fit under and not be able to leave, especially the fridge and some rolling chairs. This bumper lip raises the height of the bumper by 3.6mm to prevent it from getting stuck on said objects. I've been using it for over a week and it has yet to get stuck.
This is meant for RoboVacs with “Bounce” navigation, the lower-end models. Mine is a RoboVac 30, though it should fit on similar models.
This prints without support—orient it upside down compared to how it is mounted—and is attached to the original bumper with a little hot glue. I used PLA for mine, but any material should work just as well. I printed it on a BambuLab P1P and it took a little over an hour at .08mm layer heights.
