I wanted to pratice a bit more with Fusion 360 and thought about something I know and haven't seen printed, yet.
This is a model of a unit load device (ULD) for an Airbus single aisle aircraft (A320 family) - at least I think they're the only planes utilizing this specific size.
They're used to store baggage and will then be loaded into the cargo hold of the aircraft.
The model is in a 1:25,4 scale as it was easy to just replace inches by millimeters and it shrinks down to a handy size as well.
Print instructions
All vertical printed walls are specifically designed for 0,4mm nozzle as they are 0,8mm thick. Horizontal faces are made for 0,2/0,3 layer - thickness 0,6mm.
You should be able to print without supports even though the walls are quite thin.
The gaps, left between the parts to cope with the printers tolerances, are 0,2mm.
Post-Printing
The parts are built up to be glued together after printing. They have grooves and studs to ease the assembly.
