This is designed for a hamper with an inner diameter of 340mm. Use four ring segments per layer, or three rings plus three of the optional spacers. (I'm using spacers on the 3rd & 4th of 6 layers.) Drill out the holes a bit if needed, then join the segments in layers with 2mm rods and glue.
