This model is made to easily swap custom stamps in and out of the same portable base.
I recommend printing as is, however, use supports for anywhere touching the base for the handle.
How to customise:
- Download the customisable_base.stl
- Import into your preferred 3d modelling software.
- Add text to the top and centre it.
- Reverse the text to ensure it is correct when stamped.
- Extrude the text 1mm from the base.
- Then print your custom stamp design!
How to swap:
- Clean up any debris left by 3d printer
- Line up the base with the area at the bottom of the stamp.
- Slide the base into the handle and voi la.
- The dip in some ink and ready to go!
Edit: mirrored the text so that when it is stamped, it is the right way round and increased the size of the stamp holder by 2% so it slides in easier
