Heavy duty corner protectors as my kid is nuts and will run at the corner of anything headfirst.
I tried some others first and they did round off the corners very well but were also quite hard. So, I made these.
There are 2 versions, 1 for a 40mm worktop (like a breakfast bar) and the other is just 20mm deep for any thickness top.
I printed them with TPU, 5% gyroid infill. I did use supports, snug and 0.3 top contact Z distance, smart fill with 30 degrees highlighted.
Due to the thickness they are really quite soft and absorb quite an impact.
