My Hydropool spa cover came with four clips to hold it down.
Unfortunately it seems like the type of plastic used is very bad at handling UV exposure and the two exposed to direct sunlight both cracked.
The clips can be found online but easily cost 8$ for a replacement set which might have the exact same issue.
I therefore designed my own replacement female part, as the male part was still in good shape.
Printed mine in PETG and has been working well for the last year.
