This clip snaps into the holes in the frame of the Ford Transit ceiling to replace broken or missing factory clips. There is a slot to hold a 4mm-wide zip tie to secure the wiring loom. (Note: ziptie slot not yet tested.)
The snap fit is reasonably tight and difficult to push in (to avoid inadvertently falling out while moving.) If it's not snapping in properly (a proper snap should produce a loud clicking sound), then try to reach inside and pull the compliant snap mechanism up a little bit, or sand off the very tip of the catch.
