This is a stop collar that fits on the pump of a Dove Men's shampoo bottle to limit the amount of shampoo that comes out per pump. It should scale vertically pretty well if you want more or less shampoo per pump. You could also probably scale it in the X and Y directions too to fit other brands of shampoo bottles.
I've included the Solidworks and STEP files if you want to modify it to fit your needs.
