One thing I really love about 3D printing is that we can create things which simply wouldn't otherwise exist - like this! It's a screw-together icosahedral ball, and assembly is half the fun. It was a great puzzle to work out how to approach this and keep it printable without supports, and make sure the result would be robust!
You'll notice there's a test file in there, and it's simply one of the face corners. I'd suggest printing five of those, along with a nut and bolt, and just test that it assembles nicely with your print settings. It's a quicky and easy way to get things perfect before printing all the major parts.
For the whole ball, you'll need to print:
* 20 faces
* 12 nuts
* 12 bolts
Have fun!
