This is a simple model I designed for use on Privacy doors with a Flat Head Screwdriver style unlocking mechanism on the outside. It's small enough to fit on top of the door molding, but big enough to comfortably open the door if it was accidently locked, or your small child has locked you out.
I was able to print these without supports, but a skirt might be a good idea as I did have some lifting on one side due to the low surface area in contact with the print bed.
