I designed a drybox/spoolholder of more minimalist shape and lower amount of material than popular ones.
Holds a single roll of filament up to 75mm width.
Parts required beside printed elements:
2x 88[mm] lenght 8mm rod (I used cut to size alu rod)
4x 608ZZ bearing
silica gel (holds apx 80-100g - 1 large packet)
small piece of 4/2 mm ptfe
Print instructions
To print:
1x base (0,2 mm layer, any settings, any material)
1x vase cap - intended for print in vase mode, dual bottom wall. //as seen in the pictures - I have some issues with wall flatness on vase print - I use PETG clear
2x silica cap - no top/bottom layers, 3 perimeters, honeycomb infill 35% (could be less, depending on silica gel bead size), 0,2 mm layer height, I advise petg - thickness is optimized for petg stiffness in assembly
