This is a very simple prop, quickly designed in OpenSCAD.
It’s purpose is to hold the lid of this (Hamilton Beach) steamer partly open.
It has 2 uses:
- Allows the lid to drain off its moisture. {We found a small design flaw in this steamer: water collects inside the lid.} Slide a piece of paper towel under the edge of the lid aluminum thing. It will wick the water out. It works best if the lid is propped partly open.
- It also allows the inside of the unit to cool.
The OpenSCAD code is not Customizer modifiable. You will have to do battle with the editor if you want to change anything. ;)
