The original design looks great, so I made a slight modification to allow for use with double sided tape with no ugly hole left over. It looks very nice, all credit to the creator of the original.
I printed mine with Black SUNLU PETG at 0.2mm layer height.
UPDATE: Added a wider 40mm version to fit 2 strips of double sided tape on the back for better adhesion.
