After seeing the Hydrant created by @Seth, I merged it with the aerator made by @MadSoul3D_272570 and the hose connector by @Arnaud29 to create a sprinkler fire hydrant. I then created pathways for the water to flow in the hydrant to the aerator and out of the top of the model. Additionally, I added two holes to the base to allow for small yard spikes to hold down the hydrant while in use. I printed it using standard PLA at a 15% infill. Ultimately, not super great or even, but amazingly it worked as I had anticipated. Thanks to the original designers for their creations, without their work, I'd never have been able to build this project.
