4x 355mm lenght 8mm metal tube/rod
I used aluminum, it fits very snug.
You need to print 2 pcs: original file and mirrored by the rod openings plane.

I used ABS, 0,2 mm layer, 3 perimeters, and 15% honeycomb infill.
