There's a lot of swatch options out there but none were quite what I was looking for so I made my own.  I intended this to help me gauge the ideal thickness when I'm making backlit models.  There are 10 steps with an increase of 0.2 mm each time ranging from 0.2 mm to 2 mm, the swatch itself is 2.2 mm thick.  I find it's easiest to really see the luminance looking at the swatches from the back where it's smooth.

The model has text denoting the thickness for easy reference and a place for a standard 12mm label, I used a Dymo LetraTag.

I print these at 0.2 mm thickness with 100% infill and they take less than 30 minutes on the Bambu X1C.
