I went on an interesting “deep-dive” on The Satanic Temple (a non-theistic group) one evening. It is not the same thing as the Church of Satan (an atheist religion that practices LaVeyan Satanism). I found it interesting after seeing the Satanic Temple host charity event in my neighborhood. Their mission statement on their website is-
“To Encourage Benevolence And Empathy, Reject Tyrannical Authority, Advocate Practical Common Sense, Oppose Injustice, And Undertake Noble Pursuits.”
I sculpted this modern pendant depicting Baphomet, which represents various forms of balance (and is NOT worshiped by the organization as a deity - that kind of stuff doesn't seem to be their thing). Hope someone else finds this information interesting and learns something new today about others.
