The same user had one a lot smaller but I needed something in the middle.
Has 8 slots for the holder, available in the link. This is attached with M5 hex bolts with wing nuts.
The holes are suitable for the articulated arms also on the link above.
On the underside I added rings for rubber feet to be attached. In the .3MF file these were not merged and can be deleted when opened in slicer if not needed.
Print instructions
I oringally printed in PETG.
I used 0.3mm layers with 10% infill, no supports needed if orientated top down.
