3d printed Caps are connected with glue and small lengths of filament. The body is made from a standard size paper tube used to ship posters or long items.
The paper tube is squished into the oval shape and covered in thin fabric. I used the sleeve of an old shirt. The caps are then glued on with super glue. Fairly quick project to print and assemble.
The two top parts are aligned with short pieces of filament to align them before glueing.
