The remote that comes with the Edifier speakers is a round disc. Not a very useful or convenient design. I needed a way to hold the puck off near the speaker so that I cannot lose it, I aIso wanted to protect my speaker from the potted plant, including some potential spills. So I came up with a simple holder and extended top plate to hold the pot.
