I purchased a box of several different sizes of neodymium magnets and when I opened it, they all clumped together with considerable force. Since I don't want them to break the next time I open the box, I made a simple frame and 3 types of dividers to keep them separate when the box is opened. They still have to be kept separate when taken out of the box, but they won't clamp together right after the box is opened.

I added a notch to the frame to accommodate the latch of the box.

Note: The pictures show a version with two notches, only one of which is required and only one is in the attached model files.

While the magnets can fit in the box using only the simple divider, I also made a notched version, in case the divider has to be in one of the notched spots of the frame as well as an offset version to allow for a better fit of the magnets in the box (e.g. ascending by size, etc.).

I hope this is useful for someone else! For reference, this is the set of magnets I purchased: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MV2MKD5, but this should work with many others since these boxes seem to be used by other brands.
