Replacement for the battery holder insert in the Powered-Up Battery Box (Lego part 88015).
This allows the connection of an AC power adapter. Never worry about running down batteries again!
I designed this specifically for the Motorized Lighthouse (21335) and have included two versions:
- Base insert, to be customized as you need
- Lighthouse insert, with a notch on the right side to let out a connector pigtail.
To make electrical connections, insert two 3mm screws in the power holes and connect your wires. These will make contact with the bottom tabs inside the case when fully inserted.
WARNING!
The box expects 9v input. YOU are responsible for current limiting, fusing or otherwise protecting your system against overvoltage. Don't set your legos on fire!
