I use a piece of the original cable pipe although it sucks. You can insert small zip ties at the side of the frame mount to fix the cables. The parts are mounted with original screws to the frame. Especially the top ones are quite short so I recommend to change them to longer M4 screws. For the extruder the original M3 screws should work. The cable chain is fixed with M3 screws as well.
I also added a mirrored version for my Voron mount. Maybe anyone else needs this.
