Starman Mario Kart Coaster
Inspired by the Blue shell Mario Kart coaster by Ponneke
I started to create a full collection of Mario Kart (Wii) Coasters.
The coasters have a width of 10cm and a thickness of 2 mm.
The inlays are 0.6 mm high
Recommended print settings:
- Print upside down
- Textured pei plate
- 0.2mm Layer height
- 100% infill
- 2 perimeters
- Bottom surface pattern: Monotonic line
The coasters in the photo are printed with 2 different colors yellow to give it a glowing effect.
I used 123-3d.nl Jupiter Yellow PLA and Real Satin Sun PLA and switched them for the second print. Both have a very nice effect.
