Cool Tubes!!!
Customizable fan duct tubing. Make whatever cool and exciting fan duct parts you need.
Open file in OpenSCAD to adjust parameters. I am not including pre-rendered files because there's too many possible variations.
PARAMETERS:
- DUCT
- ductThickness -- Thickness of the walls of the duct (mm)
- ductLength -- Length of the straight portion of the duct (mm)
- BEND
- bendAngle -- Bend angle of the bent portion of the duct (degrees)
- bendRadius -- Bend radius of bent portion of the duct. (mm)
- Measured to the inside wall of the shortest portion of the bend.
- FLANGE
- flange1 -- Enable flange (bool)
- flangePinLength1 -- Convert screw holes to pins (mm)
- 0 = hole. >0 = external pin. <0 = internal pin
- flangeAngle1 -- Rotate mounting flange 1 (deg)
- flangeThickness1 -- Thickness of mounting flange (mm)
- screwSpacing1 -- Distance between screws on same side. (mm)
- Measured center-to-center
- screwPinDiameter1 -- Diameter of screw hole (mm)
- innerDiameter1 = 134.8; // Inner diameter of duct (mm)
Flange 2 parameters are the same but have '2' as the last digit
Note: Flanges do not contribution to overall length to make it easier to measure. Flange 1 is connected to the straight portion of the duct and flange 2 is connected to the bent portion. If you want to eliminate the straight portion set ductLength = 0. If you want to eliminate the bent portion set bendAngle = 0;
