For the eyes, I used the small Gizo spider eyes (https://www.printables.com/model/228131-gizo-the-spider-original) because we have printed a ton of them and I had extras laying around.
I used some short drywall screws to screw it to the cabinet. (pilot holes recommended if you are mounting to a cabinet)
