Made the holes too small in your NFT hydroponic rail? Want them to be 2 inches, not 1.75?

I have 5 NFT hydropnic rails, and made one with smaller holes thinking this was a clever idea, so I could skip the net cups.  And then I found out why standards exist.

Making a hole larger and keeping it circular is hard with all the tools I have at hand, so I designed a little jig that will securely hold a 2 inch hole saw in place while I make the holes into my standard size.  You can't really do this by hand, and I didn't want to extract all the plants to move the rail to my drill press, where I could also have done this.

This is designed for the large side of a 3 inch x 4 inch US-sized vinyl downspout.  It hold across the rail, and assumes all the holes you already made are pretty close to center.  If they aren't, this will make non-round holes.

There's sufficient space between the jig and the rail to allow for the saw teeth's kerf.  I suggest putting it in from the bottom, and then attaching it to the drill.

This isn't designed to be durable, but I only have to use it 16 times…
