Inspired by the work of user @Stepa_176595, I've created my own version of the ring, but admittedly, without his work's fantastic “surface print”/"vase mode" properties.

My ring is completely parametrized and you can create your own size (diameter, height, thickness) in OpenSCAD.
I've added three already rendered STLs with three different dimensions—one for me, one for my wife, and one smaller also for my wife. So you can try to print those first.
Once you open the file in OpenSCAD and press preview, you will get something like this:
But don't worry, after rendering (STL generation) you will get a nice 3D model. Something like this:
