This model prints in 3 pieces: the coil and cup, stand, and crossbar. The crossbar should fit snuggly to prevent the coil and cup from leaning in the stand and losing some power.
To assemble:
- Print all parts
- Position the coil in the stand aligning the square holes
- With gentle persuasion, push the crossbar through the holes in the stand and coil
Print Settings
- Material: PETG (Needed for spring flexibility)
- Nozzle: 0.6mm (0.4 should work)
- Layer Height: 0.28mm (0.20 should work)
- Infill:
- Coil and Spring: 100%
- Crossbar: 100%
- Stand: 20%
- Wall Thickness: 1.8mm
- Top/Bottom Thickness: 1.12mm (Just stay close to this)
