I have enlarged K2 Kevin's Spool Holder for a 5KG Spool. I installed two screws to keep the smooth rods in place from the underside of the side. You may want to pre-dill or use self-tapping screws.
Note the Filament guide fits tight, I slid on from one end the smooth rod.
