The mounts that I found for the original board place it a little too far forward and that creates a gap between the extruder and the front plate. This mount moves it back so that it fits perfectly.
I guess the 2040V1 had deeper sockets on the interface plug that goes to the front panel's pin interface, so it it sat in in a different place on the LGXLite with the PCB mount.
