This is super useful for decorative pots that don't have drainage holes. You can place this inside your other pot and can remove and drain if your plant gets overwatered or rained on. It also allows for easy swapping of plants to different pots (if size similarly).

There are spacer feet for both versions that allow the drainage pot to sit above the floor of the decorative pot. This allows for excess water leave the soil instead of saturating it.
