As demonstrated by the filename, my first two creations were not successful. The third time was the charm as I created a durable membership key tag holder for a standard-ish (29mm x 1mm x 66mm) two-sided tag. I printed this using standard PLA and a 0.4 mm nozzle vertically to avoid issues printing the thin slot. I did not use supports, but their use would have improved the final print. I used a raft as vertical printing left a ridiculously small footprint.
