This is a 2-piece friction-fit cable holder. It is heavily inspired by Braunbaer's simple, beautiful design.

I love Braunbaer's beautifully simplistic original. However, in my opinion, it had drawbacks. Firstly, I found my cables, even thicker ones, fell out too easily. Secondly, the only way to attach it to anything was Command Strips, which can be less than neat, and fall off certain surfaces.
My design is a friction fit. Inserting the holder into the base locks the cables into the part. The base has holes for screws, but can be attached with Command Strips.
When printing, no supports are needed. While printing the holder section, it's best to turn on elephant's foot compensation, or use a deburring tool around the base of the print. Elephant's foot can interfere with the friction fit.
I've included stl and step files.
