Three sets of vise jaws for a 5-in (126-mm) bench vise. Mount holes are for 6-mm socket head cap bolts that are spaced at 75-mm center-to-center. Jaw height is 21-mm.
Print fill percentage, layer height, and material are flexible. Support is not required.
Example shown is Hatchbox ABS 0.35-mm layer height, 70% fill.
Only “Pipe” and “Cross Narrow V” versions shown in image. I use the “Pipe” version all the time to work on small diameter tube and rod.
“Pipe” version works well on rod or tubing up to not-quite ¾-in diameter (18-mm) (Toyota 22RE rocker shaft shown (16-mm)).
