I tweaked the bottom of the base of Materialistic_3D's Lawnmower Blade Balancer design ( https://www.printables.com/model/244656-lawnmower-blade-balancer ) to be printable without supports for printers that can handle 45º overhang. This base goes with the cone of the original design so you'll have to get the cone there.
